Special Purchases
SMART Ticket Times, Taj Mahal and Giant Crane models may be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please enquire for specific details.

This is a Back to Base – Parts Only Warranty.
It does not include full machine replacement, labour, freight or transport costs.

12 months from purchase date or 50,000 games (whichever occurs first)
Major Mechanisms & Kits
6 months from purchase date or 50,000 games (whichever occurs first)
All Other Components
90 days from production date
(Including ticket dispensers, coin selectors, bill acceptors, printers, LCDs, hoppers, transformers, card dispensers, claws, coils, compressors and associated components)
Second-Hand Machines
30-day warranty from invoice date.
Repaired Items
30-day warranty from repair date.
Covers the original fault only.
Important Conditions & Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Abuse or misuse

Poor environmental conditions

Unauthorized disassembly, modification or repairs
Liability
Amusinc shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping.
Out-of-stock parts may be placed on back order and supplied as soon as available.
